Introduction

Squeeeze Me Baby is committed to providing our customers with high quality squeeze pouches. However, we do understand sometimes refund requests may be made due to unforeseen circumstances.

What if the product is faulty / incorrect?

We will gladly replace incorrect products received or products that have been damaged or spoiled. Take a photo of your faulty / incorrect product and include a short description along with your order ID and send to support@squEEEzemebaby.com within 12 hours of delivery. We will exchange your product for a new one.

What if you provided us incorrect address?

We’re very sorry we’re unable to provide any refunds. Orders that are returned have to be disposed because they are perishable.

We deliver to Klang Valley only for the time being. For other location, kindly contact us at enquiries@squEEEzemebaby.com.

All orders will be delivered within 3-4 working days. Online orders is also available for pick-up / self collect from our outlets.
